Website Terms of Service
Rolle Technologies will create your website/webpage to the best of our
ability in accordance with the detailed requirements that you (the customer) provide.
Most websites can be delivered within the time frame listed on this website. However, more complexity of
your orders may take longer to complete. If this is the case you will be notified with a time estimate. Please
be aware of and allow for this. Please note that in most cases it is possible to have a finished product in a
shorter turn-around time. In any case Rolle Technologies guarantees that you will have a homepage up on
your website within 48 hours of your payment verification.
Rolle Technologies offers a 7 day satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with our workmanship
because we did not do what you specified, Rolle Technologies will work with you
to understand your requirements and will modify your page to meet any requirements that we may have missed or
misinterpreted. However, If a requirement was correctly interpreted, but it turns out not to be what you wanted,
Rolle Technologies may opt to correct the error free of charge, but reserves the right to charge a $15.00
fee for such services.
Rolle Technologies is a Christian owned and operated company. We reserve the right to refuse to create
or maintain any websites or pages or use any content that we believe violates our biblical standards.
Rolle Technologies will maintain any website(s) or page(s) upon request (if you choose that option)
as long as the content is in-line with our biblical principles.
Rolle Technologies reserves the right to put a VERY small "tagline" on your Website (which will not
detract from your site and its purpose) to advertise our services to those who come and visit the site(s) and pages
that we have created for you. Rolle Technologies also appreciates your word-of-mouth referrals.
NOTE: Rolle Technologies is not unreasonable. Once you have paid for our services, the Web Site is yours
and we will remove any advertising from all pages except your initial homepage if you are unwilling to have them.

Rolle Technologies reserves the right to immediately prevent access to a client Website if a payment
is not received within 5 days of the date agreed upon in your contract with us. Rolle Technologies may,
at its discretion, allow a 5 day grace period. If service has been interrupted, service will be turned on again
after payment has been received and verified. In the event that service has to be disrupted, a 15% service charge
will be added to your next expected payment. If you are paying by check Rolle Technologies retains all
rights to your Website until your check clears our banking institution. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for
any returned checks. If you have a history of late or dishonored payments Rolle Technologies reserves the
right to cancel services without any legal ramifications or expectation of any refunds. If there are uncollected
fees at the time of cancellation, Rolle Technologies reserves the right to take the appropriate leagal action
and the client is expected to pay any collection fees which are incurred.
Rolle Technologies is NOT a web hosting service, but through special arrangement with our affiliates can
provide Web hosting services for you along with our other web services. Rolle Technologies does not
endorse or condone any other websites which may be hosted on the same servers which we have made this arrangement
with. Rolle Technologies is in no way responsible for the content which may be found on these sites and tries
not to knowingly affiliate with a site which violates our biblical principles. Rolle Technologies also does
not endorse or condone any free Web Hosting services which you may choose to use.
Rolle Technologies may discontinue support on any Web hosting servers, websites or web pages that are
found to violate its biblical standards. The client agrees that Rolle Technologies may discontinue support
under such conditions with any danger of legal repurcussion.
Rolle Technologies will discontinue maintenance support of any webpage which it maintains if the client
does not remove (or allow Rolle Technologies to remove) questionable content within 7 days of notification.
A $15.00 service fee will be charged and any service fees in this case should be considered NON-REFUNDABLE to the
client.
Rolle Technologies is NOT responsible if a user does not change the temporary password which we have
setup (if the user has chosen the option to have Rolle Technologies setup their account on an outside service).
Rolle Technologies reserves the right to retain your account access information on any webhotsting service
which we are maintaining. If you change your access information without notice, Rolle Technologies reserves
the right to have full authority to have this information reset so that we may fulfill our contractual obligation to
you. Because this will require the assistance our affiliate service, a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE service fee will be
charged by Rolle Technologies and you will be responsible for any such addtional fees which the webhosting
service charges.
Rolle Technologies services and fees are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE
If we are accessing your account on an a server which is not within our control, Rolle Technologies
will notify a customer if we cannot obtain access to your web account. Rolle Technologies will NOT be
responsible for upholding any deadlines in these cases.
Rolle Technologies Terms of Service may be modified at any time in the future, without notice.

Newsletter Terms of Service
Rolle Technologies will create your newsletter to the best of our ability with the materials and the detailed
requirements that you (the customer) provide. We will work with you to develop a template which will be used for the
periodic publication of your newsletter.
Rolle Technologies requires that you have all information (files, articles, images, etc.) delivered to our offices 1
week (5 working days) before the expected pulbication date for your Newsletter. If you desire to check a draft copy before
the final product is delivered please add 3 (three) working days to the length of this agreement
If you are not satisfied with our workmanship because we did not do what you specified,
Rolle Technologies will work with you to understand your requirements and will modify your newsletter to meet any
requirements that we may have missed or misinterpreted. However, If a requirement was correctly interpreted, but it
turns out to not be what you wanted, Rolle Technologies may opt to make modifications free of charge, but reserves
the right to charge a $15.00 fee for such services.

Rolle Technologies will produce new newsletters or modify the existing material for you at whatever interval you
need for an agreed upon price.
Rolle Technologies reserves the right to put a VERY small tagline on the last page or your Newsletter (which will
not detract from your newsletter or its purpose) to advertise our services to those who come and visit your online newsletter,
or read a hard copy form. Rolle Technologies also appreciates your word-of-mouth referrals. Our advertising banner
will be similar (but not limited) to the following:

Rolle Technologies reserves the right to, at its discretion, terminate an account that has not been reconciled
by the beginning of the next payment cycle unless other arrangements have been negotiated.
Rolle Technologies is NOT a web hosting service, but through special arrangements with several affiliates can
provide Web hosting services for you along with our other web services. Rolle Technologies does not endorse or
condone any other websites which may be hosted on the same servers as your newsletter. Rolle Technologies is in
no way responsible for the content which may be found on these servers and tries not to knowingly affiliate with a company
which violates our biblical principles. Rolle Technologies also does not endorse or condone any free Web Hosting
services which you may choose to use.
Rolle Technologies may discontinue support on any Web hosting services that are found to violate our biblical
standards. In this event, if you have chosen our web hosting package for your newsletter, your site will be moved to a web
host that is agreeable with our beliefs. This move will be invisible to you and all of your relevant access information will
remain the same. Your payments will remain that same until the end of the contract term and will only change then if
necessary. If the web hosting service is one of YOUR choice they you will be responsible for moving your information to a
new host. Rolle Technologieswill move your web pages and images for you for a $25.00 fee. This
does not include setting up shopping carts or any other extras.
Rolle Technologies will discontinue support of any newsletter or newsletter website which it maintains if the
user does not remove (or allow Rolle Technologies to remove) questionable content within 3 days of notification.
A $15.00 service fee will be charged and any service fees in this case should be considered NON-REFUNDABLE to the client.
Rolle Technologies is NOT responsible if a user does not change the temporary password which we have setup
(if the user has opted to have Rolle Technologies setup their online newsletter on a web host that is not affiliated
with us). Rolle Technologies reserves the right to retain your account access information on our Web hosting
affiliate, which we have setup by special agreement if you choose to have us maintain your newsletter. If you change
your access information without notice, Rolle Technologies reserves the right to have full authority to have this
information reset so that we may fulfill our contractual obligation to you. Because this will require the assistance our
affiliate service, a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE service fee will be charged.
